Upstream Ayeyawady Confluence Basin Hydropower Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ACHC"), a joint venture established by the Ministry of Electricity and Energy (MOEE) of Myanmar, SPIC Yunnan International Power Investment Co., Ltd. (SPICYN) and Asia World Company(AWC) . It is registered in Nay Pyi Taw, the capital of Myanmar, on June 18, 2010.
