2. 负责学校科研工作和社会服务工作的规章制度及相关政策的研究与制定，并在社会服务工作机制、组织形式、服务方式及薪酬待遇等方面进行探索和创新； f5.4BK6=4QJ5.2X
3. 负责学校各类科研项目的申报、管理及科研经费预算管理，同时负责校级战略合作协议的签订和组织实施，审核社会服务项目合同，抓好社会服务重大、重点项目的立项和管理工作； D9.2nL7.1bj9;8U
