In order to implement the opening-up policy and the "going out" strategy, to conform to the trend of globalization of China's economy, to promote international cooperation and two-way investment in rail industry, to enhance the professional level of internationalization service in rail industry, International Cooperation Committee of China Rail Industry was founded, led by CIPA.
